Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing FBE Consulting and Event Planning. We value your business and are committed to providing high-quality services tailored to your needs. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing or booking any services.

1. Consulting Services

Once a consulting session, strategy package, or other service is booked and payment is received, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled one time at our discretion.

  • Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

2. Event Planning Services

Event planning services often require significant pre-event time and coordination. To protect both your investment and our resources, the following policies apply:

  • Initial deposits made to secure your event date are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the event is canceled with more than 30 days’ notice and no irreversible expenses have been incurred.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event.

  • If an event is canceled by FBE Consulting and Event Planning due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disaster), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

3. Workshops, Courses, or Ticketed Events

  • Refunds for workshops or ticketed events are only available if requested at least 7 days before the event date.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

  • In the case of event cancellation by FBE Consulting and Event Planning, full refunds will be issued to all registered participants.

4. Digital Products or Templates (if applicable)

All sales of digital products, downloads, or templates are final and non-refundable. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us for assistance.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at fbeconsultingandevents@gmail.com with your name, service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for the request. If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
